Bin Laden

I believe that Mariah's log was mostly opionionated and that there was no show of proof in her article showing where she got her information. As you can see in this link http://mariahmcclure.blogspot.com/2011/05/lawmakers-want-photos-of-bin-laden.html?showComment=1305431784555#c8836563578958530085
. I do think that they should not show Bin Laden's death pictures on national television to prove to the people of the United States that he is dead.

I also think that we the people of U.S. should believe in the U.S. when they say he is dead. For how long has this war lasted and also why would the government lie to us about Bin Laden being dead. Another thing is the way Bin  Laden's death was all over every single news channnel the night we were informed. The way it was presented made me uncomfortable because they were going on and on about how he was dead and we should celebrate it.

The Government

Credit when I saw that one word in the article When  resolving credit error, it pays to be on VIP list it reminds me of all the things that we as citizens of the United States have to go through because of credit. We as Americans use our credit for a great many things such as buying a car, house, getting a loan, and wheather or not we get jobs depends sometimes on our credit. A lot of people during the depression manage to get bad credit due to a varity of things such as losing their job, house, and car.

As it is right now the United States still owes money to some countries and we have been trying to pay them off since WW2. As such it is not such as surprise that some people receive VIP with Experion and TransUnion. If you had notice there wasn't a lot of rich people that manage to get bad credit. If anything the people that are still rich haven't even lost a lot of money or even seem to be donating now a days. So really when you think about it is only the middle class and poor class that are really suffering from bad credit. Anyway here's is the link for the article i read http://www.statesman.com/news/nation/when-resolving-credit-error-it-pays-to-be-1475704.html so check it out.

RE: Are Whites Really Oppresed

The author did indeed write an inspirational blog that made the reader want to reader more just after seeing the first sentence. While reading the blog it makes you think about things that you wouldn't normally think about. The author though mainly used pathos to keep the readers attention. Another thing that attracted my attention is what the author said about financial aid for minorities and females. The thing is I can understand the struggle to get financial aid to to the government constantly cutting down on the amount given.

Here is the authors link http://craigsgovt.blogspot.com/2011/03/are-whites-racially-oppressed.html

U.S. Government

It's my beleif that the United States Government is dealing with a lot of problems right now there is many of them due to the slight depression we are going through. One of the things is like the debate on what to do about the huge amount of debt that Government owes, what to do to stem the tide of people that are out of work, and how can the people relieve the debt's they owe.  There are so many things that need to be done but we can't expect it to be done over night it will take time for our government and our society to progress to where it used to be. We also as people need to learn how to conserve the resources we have right now and that is also another issue that our government is dealing with right now. Many people now a day's complain about gas prices and how it used to be for us and their is not much we as citizens can do about the gas prices except to complain to the government about it.

Another one of my beliefs is that in time we will not be in a depression and everything will return to a semblince of normalty that we used to have. Although it might take a while for it to happen a lot of things can change during the time of wait that we will be going through. I believe that the United States will pull through in the end.
Near the end of this is going to be a series of links that i used,
 http://www.usatoday.com/news/opinion/editorials/2011-04-14-Obama-gets-in-deficit-debate.htm

another is https://acconline.austincc.edu/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp?tab_id=_2_1&url=%2fwebapps%2fblackboard%2fexecute%2flauncher%3ftype%3dCourse%26id%3d_49719_1%26url%3d

deficit debate

The author of Our view: Finally, Obama gets in deficit debate is mostly reaching out to the public by the use of our. The author uses mostly both sides of the debate as a compare and contrast to show what both sides look like. The author's arguement is that it  is better late than  never for the government to finally act as it is supposed to do.  While i may agree with the author's view we still do not know what the outcome is going to be yet.One thing that interested was the way the author kept showing us both sides of the debate to promote the public to consider which side might win the debate and show what could happen if that side should win. It also showed how Obama glossed over certain things when he was debating over the issue with the Republicans. My view of this article was helped by the facts that were presented and how they used ethos in it.The use of ethos though is what greatly influenced me in my decision but there was another thing that helped me make my decision. It was the way that they presented their argument instead just heading directly into
their argument the presented facts and statistics to show their information in a anayltical way to make sure you are able to understand.

Obama :Markets can ride out libya un rest

In the article written by Sunlen Miller, the author was trying to reach out to Americans who are concerned about gas prices. While the author may have used an interview for evidence it does help make the article appear legit. The author while writing the article does not appear to be choosing sides but she does seem to be erring on the side of caution. While reading the article I found that agree with the way the author was writing the article. Yet I also believe that the president is trying his best in reducing the cost of oil for the American people by simply reading this article. By reading this article it also helps people become even more informed about what is happening with the oil prices and why it is constantly fluctanting.
Although I happen to agree with what President Obama is doing. I still think that the people who are being governed have the right to be concerned what with the president passing certain laws and helping states by offering a certain amount of money for the people in need. While the people are concerned with gas prices lately it is likely that they will not be that much concerned over what is happening in Libya. Please read the article I was talking about in this link https://acconline.austincc.edu/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp?tab_id=_2_1&url=%2fwebapps%2fblackboard%2fexecute%2flauncher%3ftype%3dCourse%26id%3d_49719_1%26url%3d
. Also you can look it up on ABC as Obama: Markets can ride out libya un rest.

Wisconsin governer

In the article Wisconsin governor firm on budget plan; protests continue  the governor is planning on passing a bill that will cut government worker's  pay by various amounts in order to pay their health care and pension costs.  By doing this the governor is hoping to cover a budget gap that will fall in two years. The problem with this is that the governor is not willing to compromise and many worker's cannot negotiate their benefits. If this bill does come to pass then many people in Wisconsin will feel lose of income very hard. By hard I mean some people will have to struggle to make end's meet or they will lose much of what they had valued. Here is the link for the article at
